I think there comes a time in each person's life when we look in the mirror and not like what we see. Those moments can become depressing and discouraging. In those times we can decide to continue to feel that way, since we are indeed in control of our feelings; or we can change how we feel. Sometimes it might be an illness that overtakes your body to the point that you feel you have lost yourself to either diabetes, cancer, heart disease, stroke(s) or other illnesses. Sickness is not a excuse to tap out and allow yourself to continue to decline. Not liking what you see when you see yourself is not a reason just let it be. You shouldn't be hiding from the camera when it comes out, because those are memories that you leave behind for your family and friends. You shouldn't avoid the mirror, because you hate what is looking back at you. You are a master piece of God's work, and creation that he took time out to make. Therefore, consider yourself special and look when you see a mirror, because you are looking at his work.

I am a true believer that the food we eat nourishes our bodies and can flush toxins that we crammed in our bodies. I think of it like this, God gave us fruits, which contain all the vitamins we needs. He gave us vegetables and things that grow from the ground. All the things that come naturally are the things that keep us healthy and sick free. God didn't give us Enchiladas, Pizza and Tacos; man did.
